Off-duty paramedic Steve rushes Sarah and her father to an evacuation centre after a terrorist bombing causes chaos unleashing a plague across the land. When she comes to Sarah joins other survivors in a gore drenched battle against an army of the living dead.
A car roars through the darkened country roads. Inside, a distraught Sarah, holding her stricken dad is desperately trying to stem the flow of blood. Having been re-directed to an Evacuation facility after a terrorist bombing causes chaos, Steve, an off-duty Paramedic is in a race against time fully aware that Marks chances of survival are rapidly slipping away.
The scene that greets them on arrival is one of bedlam. The floor, awash with blood, is covered with the bodies of the dying and injured, doctors dart back and forth, clearly overwhelmed. A violent convulsion causes Sarah’s dad to lose consciousness, heart stopped he slumps to the floor. As the adrenalin needle slams into her Fathers heart Sarah stumbles back and her world fades to black.
Upon regaining consciousness Sarah finds herself alone. Bleeding and dazed she stumbles through the darkened corridors desperate to find her father. Soon it becomes apparent the terrorist bombing has caused more than chaos, it has unleashed a biological plague across the land. Sarah joins the other survivors in a gore drenched battle against an army of the living dead.
