Dead next door, The (Blu-Ray

A virus is taking over corpses and re-animating them, to provide itself with more human food. The government respond by forming a crack Zombie Squad of soldiers to seek out and destroy the living dead, once and for all. They also have to cope with an insane religious cult, who intend to replace the living with the animated dead.
